Several months ago, out of convenience, I stopped into this store to swap out a strap on a watch that I didn't have the proper tools for. The owner had me in and out in like 10minutes. He was extremely quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Fast forward almost a year, and Benchmark has appraised all of our valuables (jewelry and watches). They also do watch services all watchee, even the high end brands (Rolex, Omega, Panerai etc.). In short, this place is amazing and they do it all. Highly recommend!!!

Used to use the kiosk at Dulles Town Center for watch battery and band replacements. They were closed so tried here. Super happy. Very friendly, excellent service, very reasonable prices. Even swapped out the color of the buckle on the leather watch band for me. Would 100% use them again, in fact this is probably my new go to!

A trustworthy jeweler is hard to find but we were so happy finding this place! Affordable and sincere with great quality products. The person working there was real honest and knowledgeable. I’d also recommend getting any maintenance done here, such as changing your watch etc.

a very good jewelry store I got four nice chains from there I've had much battery repair done and replacement I have had some jewelry repaired there I have bought quite a bit of jewelry there in the last several months they have all good prices and they'll work with you on good deals you will find what you're looking for they're very customer friendly they have a very wide selection and they can get special items and the prices are very reasonable The quality of the items here are very good they have good items they have a lot that they can do for you engravings and special items you will be very surprised and very pleased with the items that you get from here I very much I'm very happy for it and several of the people that I know are as well I do highly recommend this jewelry store and I highly recommend that you check them out online or in person when you're in the Leesburg Virginia area.

Great place and a very skillful professional running the business. I had three different kind of watches to fix including size adjustments, battery, etc. Everything was completed in no time and perfectly.
